Huawei creates database based on AI

The company of Chinese origin continues to innovate within the field of artificial intelligence, with the creation of GaussDB

The Chinese company Huawei showed advances with respect to artificial intelligence, with the creation of a national database that supports the use of this technology.

This base was given the name of GaussDB, which is considered a pioneer in the integration of AI capabilities within the entire life cycle of the distributed databases.

One of the advantages of this new tool is that its operation, maintenance, adjustments, diagnostics and recovery are given autonomously, as reported by Huawei through an official statement.

On the other hand, the company also launched Fusion Storage 8.0, a high-performance intelligent distributed storage to improve data storage and flow efficiency.

“The data is the new factor of production and intelligence is the new productivity, the heterogeneous, intelligent and convergent databases will become the key data infrastructure of the financial, government and telecommunications industries,” explained David Wang, executive director from the Huawei board and ICT Strategy & Marketing President.
