In variable income, 948 purchase/sale operations of shares of companies registered on the listing board were carried out, in which 335 million 647 thousand 478 shares were traded, for a total of 38 million 766 thousand 360 bolivars.

In the forward market, deals were completed for an amount of 36 million 840 thousand 038 bolivars, as a result of the transaction of 331 million 224 thousand 089 shares.

In the alternative market, BVC Alternativo, 4,922 shares were traded this week, for a total effective amount of 97,408 bolivars.

In this period, 112 Stock Financing Certificates were registered in the Other Goods Market, for a total of 23 million 464 thousand 945 bolivars.

In fixed income instruments were traded for an effective amount of 15 million 851 thousand 267 bolivars in 58 operations.

The main index of the Caracas Stock Exchange, IBC, opened the period at 64,513.20 points and closed it at 62,436.86 points, with a variation of 2,076.34 points (-3.22%) in 5 days of operations. So far this year, this indicator has registered a variation of 4,604.40 points (+7.96%).

The Diario de la Bolsa reports that the Financial Index ended the day at 112,409.42 points, with an absolute variation of 902.62 points (-0.80%) and the Industrial Index closed at 31,120.84 points (-0.60 %)

At the end of the session, 10 stocks rose in price, 13 fell and 8 remained stable.
