Twitter logo in desktop version is now the image of Dogecoin

The Twitter social network was flooded this afternoon with user reports, who indicated that the blue bird logo was replaced by the dogecoin logo; that is, the Shiba Inu puppy reference of said cryptocurrency

Elon Musk has not yet provided information on the reasons why the Twitter logo in the desktop version was changed to the Shiba Inu canine that characterizes the Dogecoin cryptocurrency.

The blue bird of the social network, was changed by the Dogecoin meme. Speculations have not been long in coming. And users have made their discontent known.

Among the comments, it can be seen that it may be a late joke for April Fools’ Day. On the other hand, it is suggested that it is a maneuver by Musk to boost the value of Dogecoin, which indeed happened.

However, it is also said that the CEO of Twitter would be looking for ways to avoid a fine of US$ 258 million for inflating the price of dogecoin, which is considered a pyramid scheme.

At the moment, there is no official statement from the platform that sheds light on the replacement of the blue bird by Shina Inu.
