This weekend, the Samsung company announced the creation of an artificial intelligence center in the city of New York, United States, to join the list of five regions that have a space of this style.
The vice president of research and artificial intelligence of the Korean company, Daniel D. Lee, expressed his excitement about this new meeting point for research and technological development.
“We are excited to open a new Samsung AI center in New York, which will specialize in research and robotics“, Lee said.
Samsung’s plan is to become one of the companies that has advanced the most in the field of robotics and artificial intelligence, through large investments in work centers in different parts of the world such as the United Kingdom, Canada, among others.
It is expected that by the year 2020, there will be more than a thousand specialists in charge of working together with the best universities and schools to encourage the use of artificial intelligence.
