BBVA is the best bank in Latin America
BBVA was selected as the best bank in Latin America by the magazine Global Finance for its customer service, risk management, range of products, services and the use of technology
In recent days the twenty-sixth edition of the Best Bank Awards of Global Finance was held and the magazine emphasized that the best banks are those that carefully attend to the needs of their clients in complex market conditions and evidently manage to improve the results.
During the selection process, several important aspects were taken into consideration, such as consultations with industry analysts, industry executives and technology experts. These specialists evaluated the banks on issues of financial soundness and security.
Other aspects the were also taking into account are strategic relationships, corporate governance, pricing policy, capital investment, innovation in products and services and the correct attention to user requirements.
Meanwhile, Antonio Bravo, Director of Business Development and Digital Banking at BBVA for South America, said that the award is a recognition of all the effort made by the BBVA team throughout Latin America. Always seeking to improve the customer experience and offer them innovative opportunities.
The executive said: “I particularly highlight the leadership that BBVA has been exercising in the region in the digitalization of products and services that facilitate the lives of our customers.
