Artificial Intelligence helps to get digital jobs in Spain

In Spain, youth unemployment rate exceeds 30% and there is a large number of vacancies that companies can not cover. Companies look for workers with knowledge and skills in technology.

For the above reasons, Fundación Telefónica has presented the Conecta Empleo platform, which uses artificial intelligence to promote digital jobs in Spain.

The tool will show in real time the 23 most demanded profiles and vacancies by province, has a virtual counselor who advises users on the training needed to access these positions.

The platform that will be available in a few days, will analyze the data from the Infojobs employment portal to offer a detailed ranking of digital employability in Spain in real time.

Currently, Madrid is the province in which there are more vacancies of these digital jobs with a total of 20,045 positions, the majority for Java developers. Barcelona follows it with 8,391 digital vacancies, mainly from developer Back End, Valencia is next with 1,286 and Sevilla with 1,222.
