Robotics is a valuable tool for helping people
The robots are in charge of helping older people, persosn with disabilities and hospitalized children as well as work in collective centers
The androids that exist today are capable of carrying out multiple actions and with different purposes, but always with the same mission: to help the human being. Some are programmed to replace people in their jobs.
Other robots perform domestic tasks such as kitchen robots and there are even those that serve to improve certain medical interventions. However, it is difficult to discover what their future will be and in what field they will be most present.
Undoubtedly, one of the uses for which the robots are developing most lately is on assisting people. The government from Spain supports companies to develop robots that help the elderly.
There are robots that can help improve or recover skills and there are also those in charge of tasks that people can not perform, such as explaining the way to get home.
In the educational field there is a wide range of degrees and postgraduate degrees in engineering and robotics. Countries such as Spain or Japan consider that social robotics is becoming more and more important and that the humanities should be involved too.
