The Android app had to wait a long time to try the floating windows of videos, but at last they are a reality.
Now when someone sends a video link from YouTube, Instagram or Facebook, the user can see it in the same chat thanks to a small floating window that uses the Picture in Picture mode.
This innovation is like the one that already exists on Facebook and on the YouTube platform itself. The idea is that the client do not use more battery opening another application or lose the thread of the conversation when someone sends a video.
Really, the need to move from one tool to another meant that the videos they sent were almost never seen.
Many users have started to see and enjoy the update for a few days, although for others there has not been so much luck yet. If users cannot see it is still recommended to update the app.
