Huawei accuses the US of cyberattacks against the company

The company signals the country to obstruct the normal operation of its operation through judicial and administrative pressures

The Chinese technology manufacturer Huawei has accused the United States government of launching cyber attacks against the company’s systems as part of the US authorities’ campaign to obstruct the operational normality of the Chinese company.

“During the last months, the US government has been taking advantage of its political and diplomatic influence to pressure other governments to ban Huawei equipment,” said the Chinese company.

The company claims that it has also been using all the tools at its disposal, including judicial and administrative powers, “as well as a number of other unscrupulous means,” to disrupt the normal business operations of Huawei and its partners.

Among these actions, the Chinese manufacturer accuses the US of “launching cyber attacks to infiltrate the intranet of Huawei and the company’s internal information systems.” He also accuses them of instructing law enforcement forces to threaten, coerce and incite current and former Huawei employees to turn against the company and work for them, as well as even illegally arrest Huawei employees and partners.

Huawei denounces, among other actions, that the US authorities conspired with companies that work with Huawei, or have a commercial conflict with Huawei, to file unsubstantiated accusations against the company.

“The fact is that none of Huawei’s core technologies has been the subject of any criminal case against the company, and none of the accusations of the US government have been supported with sufficient evidence,” says the Asian company.

In this way, the Chinese manufacturer has expressed its strong condemnation of the “evil and concerted” effort of the Trump Administration to discredit Huawei and curb its leading position in the industry.
