District of China will use a platform based on blockchains for the monitoring of ex-prisoners
The blockchain technology has reached the sector of security and prevention in terms of former prisoners with the Shaping Club platform that will be adopted by the Chancheng district in Guangzhou, China. The first phase of design and development is ready and the second phase is expected to be completed by the end of 2018.
When talking about security, technologies can be a great ally. This is considered by the Chinese authorities who hope to have a centralized platform soon where all the data of the supervised ones will be registered.
Through the Shaping Club, the movements of the ex-prisoners can be controlled and the system will issue an alert to the authorities. In any case, the standardization of supervisory methods by the government is expected, allied with new technologies.
