Two governors support cryptocurrencies in the United States
Two governors recently elected in the United States are in favor of cryptographic currencies
The two new governors elected, Jared Polis for the state of Colorado and Gavin Newsom for California, could change the commercial landscape of cryptoactives in the country with their particular positions in the crypto technology sector.
Jared Polis has established himself as the vice president of the Blockchain Association of the Caucus region, an organization which members have been responsible for developing and issuing new legislation on the decentralized sector.
It should be noted that some of the proposed measures have addressed issues on national taxes and cryptocurrencies or regulatory measures on the blockchain, as well as issued a resolution in support of digital currencies and ledger technology.
For his part, Gavin Newsom, elected to the governorship of California, has shown a firm stance on block technology. In fact, four years ago he was the first politician in the United States to support the idea of making political contributions in bitcoins (BTC), a great advance for the time.
The event will bring a positive change in the course of the crypto in the territory and encourage greater adoption, as well as motivate other voters and future candidates to maintain a similar position.
