Spanish lawyers will take course to be legal experts in blockchain

The General Council of Spanish Law and the Blockchain Intelligence Law Institute organize the sixth edition of the Legal Expert Course in blockchain, smart contracts and ICOs

The course will be held on November 28th, 29th and 30th at the Law Office in Madrid. It offers to lawyers practicing in Spain the opportunity to acquire knowledge about the blockchain technology that is increasingly requested by companies, startups and government.

The event will be divided into five blocks with topics such as blockchain technology, bitcoin, ethereum and the main legal challenges. In the same way, the electronic signature of transactions and the concepts of cryptography as hash, public key systems, RSA, ECC or Merkle tree will be analyzed.

Also, an understanding of the operation of smart contracts is planned with a practical laboratory with initial offers of cryptocurrencies as a new means of investment. In addition, the phenomenon of asset tokenization will be addressed.

The students will be able to obtain theoretical and practical training, from the hand of a team of professionals made up of jurists experts in block technology, computer engineers, economists and developers.

Among the professionals that make up the teaching team are representatives of the Blockchain Law Institute, Santander Global Tech, Icofunding, BBVA Bank and the Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid.
