The Venezuelan Society of Interventional Cardiology will hold its Twentieth National Congress at the Eurobuilding Hotel, Caracas, on November 17 and 18 to present the latest innovations in the cardiovascular area
On November 17 and 18, the Twentieth National Congress of the Venezuelan Society of Interventional Cardiology (SOVECI) will take place at the Eurobuilding Hotel in the city of Caracas.
For two days, “national and international guests will meet, who will offer advances and updates on important topics such as coronary, structural, congenital, peripheral intervention, electrophysiology and cardiac stimulation, and cardiovascular surgery,” as indicated in a press release from the organization.
It is an event of utmost importance for the medical area, which will include live cases, as well as live sessions led by experts representing international interventionist societies.
On the 16th, prior to the start of the Twentieth National Congress, SOVECI will hold the “workshop for technicians and nurses in the area of hemodynamics”; That is, it is the study of the movement of blood through the vascular system.
During the 17th and 18th, professionals from the disciplines involved will be able to learn about the innovations “that are transforming the way we understand and treat heart diseases,” according to SOVECI.
