Japan will launch a new cryptocurrency exchange in April

The regulators of the sector gave the approval for the creation of a new cryptoexchange in the Asian country and that will start at operate on April 16

The regulatory authorities of the crypto market in Japan granted this week the license to operate as an exchange platform to the existing DeCurret. It is expected to start operations next 16 of April in partnership with Rakuten Wallet.

In the country the interest of both the public in general continues to increase as of companies in cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, startups and the advances related to the digital finance.

Thanks to this openness, in the country various e-commerce tools to offer faster, transparency, security and confidentiality to users. DeCurret aspires to become “an important financial administrator of digital currencies” following the standards for digital assets transactions in a safe and convenient way.

The financial regulator of Japan, the Finance Services Agency (FSA), has registered the interest of more than 140 organizations that have approached the organization since last year manifesting wanting to join the growing crypto market.

Around 23 companies have already registered the necessary documentation to start the registration process. In this sense, from a set reduced platforms, only Rakuten and DeCurret have obtained the formal registration and approval for its launch.
