The region of the United States is targeting these companies for allegedly offering fraudulent token procurement services

The Department of Regulatory Agencies of Colorado (DORA) is about to initiate an investigation against three companies of Initial Offers of Currencies (ICO) in view that they are allegedly carrying out fraudulent activities.

Those responsible for this process will be the members of the Securities Division, who detailed that the companies involved are Bionic Coin, Sybrelabs Ltd. and Global Pay Net.

“The orders were sent to Bitcoin Investments Ltd., Estatex, Bitconnect Ltd. and Magma Foundation“, said a statement issued by the Department.

At the moment the companies received a document of “orders to show cause“, which allows them to defend themselves before the courts where they must explain what their business operations are.

Each of the sites, allegedly offer different services of acquisition of tokens which could be fraudulent in view that they are dedicated to promising large amounts of profits -even up to $ 25,000– according to the report.
