Zoom announced its new comprehensive Zoom Events platform, which produces interactive virtual experiences in its tool with functions such as payment events and statistics, and which will be available in the coming months.
Zoom Events is a comprehensive solution for event organizers, with the ability to produce live events with tickets for internal or external audiences of any size, and combines other platform tools such as Zoom Meetings, Chat and Video Webinars.
Among its benefits, the new tool allows building a ‘hub’ of events to manage and share them, from where you can also manage the sale of tickets and registrations and control access and billing from a single portal, as reported by Zoom in a release.
Zoom Events users can host free or paid events, as well as one-time or serial events, bringing attendees together with an integrated network of contacts and tracking event statistics such as attendance, registration and income.
The new platform is oriented to different use cases: from large companies that seek to manage and host internal events or conferences for users; to small businesses and entrepreneurs who have been using OnZoom to create, host, and monetize events like fitness and cooking classes, theater performances, and more.
