Sony will present the first PlayStation 5 video games

The company has called an event where it will reveal the first video games next Thursday, June 4 in digital form

The event, which will be titled “The Future of Gaming”, promises to show the gaming community a glimpse of the video games that will arrive “after the launch of PlayStation 5 this Christmas”, as the CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) Jim Ryan said in a statement.

The president and CEO responsible for PlayStation has assured that PS5 games will be shown from different types of studios, “big or small, veteran or new.”

The presentation will be digital due to the coronavirus and will take place next Thursday, June 4, at 10:00 pm in Spanish peninsular time and will last approximately one hour.

The announcement of this event comes after Sony revealed the internal technical details of its PS5 console, including the use of an AMD RDNA 2 graphics architecture, a maximum power of 10.3 Teraflops and an SSD memory capable of loading 2GB in 0.27 seconds.

Another element also revealed and used to illustrate next week’s presentation is the new-generation controller, DualSense, which changes the design, powers haptic technology, and includes immersive Tempest 3D audio technology.
