Microsoft releases security patches for June

The company released its package of improvements for the month of June, which are intended to fix problems for Windows

Microsoft has released its June patch with new security updates for Windows, which address critical, important or moderate issues of the operating system and some of its programs, including Adobe Flash Player and Microsoft Edge.

According to the statement issued by the Microsoft security portal, ADV updates for Adobe Flash and Servicing Stack are already available for download, which are intended to update the operating system as such, in both cases to solve critical problems. Some of them include the so-called defense in depth to increase security controls.

In most cases, these are updates that aim to solve important issues, although there are also others to solve moderate security issues.

In addition, updates to fix vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player, Microsoft Windows, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Office Services and Web Apps, ChakraCore, Skype for Business and Microsoft Lync, Microsot Exchange Server and Azure have been included.

Among these security updates, there is one of the Bluetooth system in the Windows update of May 2019 that now prevents the connection with insecure devices, as well as a patch for the October 2018 update of Windows 10 that solves a problem that affected to the keyboard in mixed reality applications.

All of them are available for the Windows 10 operating systems, in their versions of 32 and 64 bits, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7, as well as the systems for Windows Server servers, although they warn that the updates for Windows RT 8.1 and Microsot Oficce RT they are only available through Windows Update.

In addition, non-security updates are included but can be purchased from the Microsoft Update catalog.
