Taxpayers in the United States now have the possibility of receiving reimbursements through the bitcoin cryptocurrency.
This payment process will be carried out through the service offered by Bitpay, who has partnered with the tax service provider Refundo.
Customers of this service can choose if they wish to receive a part or the total amount in bitcoins with the CoinRT tool.
To do this satisfactorily, the taxpayers will have to configure their user in order to obtain a route and a unique account number for the income.
The CEO of Refundo, Roger Chinchilla indicated that the decision to add “bitcoin was a natural fit for our clients who often do not have traditional checking accounts, pay high check-cashing fees and regularly send international money.”
