Israel has 200 blockchain startups
The Israeli Association of Blockchain was in charge of revealing this figure, in the publication of a map that they elaborated recently
The Israeli Association of Blockchain indicated in a report that in the country there are approximately 200 companies that use blockchain technology.
At the launch of the third Israeli Startup Map they reported that at least 57 Israeli DLT startups are using blockchain to break into the financial technology ecosystem.
On the other hand, some 37 are dedicated to the protocol and main infrastructure sectors, while others are dedicated to work in the area of values of the economy.
“The Israeli blockchain ecosystem is currently experiencing momentum and transformation. Today, fewer founders of startups are coming out of morally questionable markets, such as binary options and gambling,” said one of the association’s partners, Roman Gold.
The founder of the company said that today a significant number of institutional investors have made efforts to venture into the Israeli blockchain ecosystem.
