Yahoo Finance platform incorporates CoinMarketCap prices

The website now allows visitors to track the prices of the main crypto data provider

The US-based financial news giant Yahoo Finance, adds the prices of CoinMarketCap, the leading cryptocurrency provider, to its platform. It allows its users to track the prices of major digital currencies, providing data based on CMC, including market capitalization, volume of operations and current supply.

Currently, the Yahho crypto filter provides prices of 118 digital currencies, including major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), XRP, Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Tether (USDT) among others, including cryptos that represent more than 90% of the global capitalization of the cryptocurrency market.

Joanna Lambert, general manager of finance, technology, cars and membership at Verizon Media, stressed the importance of providing a reliable source of news and cryptodata as cryptocurrencies continue to gain attention, “By partnering with CoinMarketCap, a global cryptodata provider of trust, we can provide timely and reliable information to meet the demands of our audience.”

According to this, Yahho has been actively responding to crypto demand in the global market and with it its growing popularity.

By August 2018, the service incorporated the Bitcoin, Ether and Litecoin (LTC) trade into its data and by the end of that year the easy payments of Square gave the company its reputation as the financial company of the year.
