WhatsApp incorporates a function that allows you to sign documents from the app

With the incorporation of DocuSign, WhatsApp will allow you to sign documents directly from the application. For the secure sending of documents, WhatsApp Delivery will be launched

WhatsApp is characterized by looking for new ways to improve the user experience. In this sense, it works on the new service called DocuSign for signing documents in the application. On the other hand, it has the new WhatsApp Delivery function ready for the secure sending of said documents.

In a partnership with online document signing platform DocuSign, the Meta-owned social network will now allow users to sign documents directly from the app. It is available for customers of the standard or Business Pro plan.

How will it work? The user will have the “possibility of sending a direct link through WhatsApp for the signer to complete the document on their mobile devices, which makes the signing process easier and faster.”

With this innovation, Meta seeks to facilitate these procedures, providing greater flexibility and strengthening security and privacy. The joint work between both firms will allow progress in sending documents, which can take just 15 minutes, compared to the procedure via traditional email. This is one of the foreseeable advantages of the new WhatsApp functions.
