The iPhone 5G will arrive before December

Despite the current situation, Apple has decided not to postpone the launch date to the global market

The arrival of the first iPhone model with 5G connectivity will not be delayed and Apple maintains the date between September and December, despite delays in the production chain derived from the coronavirus pandemic, according to Bloomberg.

Foxconn, a Chinese company that is currently Apple’s largest supplier for its iPhones, is starting to regain normality after the end of the quarantine in China and maintains its plans to start manufacturing the device in the summer.

Given that the arrival of the first 5G iPhones, which would succeed the current iPhone 11 Pro flagships, was expected to occur in the fall of 2020, this model would not be affected by the coronavirus.

Bloomberg pointed out that Foxconn’s assembly and assembly process is only part of the iPhone design, in which the American company is involved for months or years.

Likewise, this Asian company, also known as Hon Hai Precision Industry, presented its economic results for the last quarter of 2019, in which it obtained revenues of $ 47.8 billion and earnings 24% lower than those of the same period of 2018.
