Switzerland favors the legislation for blockchain companies

At the conference called Crypto Valley Summit, Swiss Federal President Ueli Maurer said that “changes to the existing law in favor of the new technology should be quick and clear.”
The president emphasized the amendments made to the Federal Law benefiting businesses with blockchain technology. The modifications were sent days ago from the Federal Department of Finance to the Swiss Parliament to carry out the respective consultation.
Financial technology loans promoted by national authorities have boosted Switzerland from the perspective of the blockchain industry.
The president corroborated the country’s support with decentralized technology by stating: “Switzerland is well positioned with regard to blockchain technology and its authority is constantly looking for ways to stay two steps ahead.”
