PayPal prepares the launch of its “super wallet”

The digital payment provider assured that the wait for users will be short to be able to have more functions in its cryptocurrency portfolio

PayPal announced that its users will not have to wait long to enjoy more features within the cryptocurrency wallet.

The CEO of the company, Dan Schulman, indicated that the code of the initial version of the “super application” of PayPal wallet was almost complete.

According to the businessman, the functions of this portfolio for the United States are expected to be fully implemented in the coming months.

The “super wallet” will feature high-yield savings, early access to directly deposited funds, messaging capabilities, “additional crypto capabilities” and more. Schulman said that each wallet would be “unique, powered by advanced AI and machine learning capabilities.”

Currently, PayPal has more than 400 million active user accounts with a revenue volume of 311 billion dollars during the second quarter of 2021.
