Telephone customer service is also another option that national banking users have to make balance inquiries and request assistance from qualified personnel, among others.

Likewise, another alternative this day will be ATMs that also allow cash withdrawals and deposits.

During bank holidays, the Superintendency invites users to use online banking from the comfort of home, through the channels established by each banking entity, in an easy and secure manner.
