Japan develops first computer virus against cyber attacks

The virus Japan is preparing will fight against serious cyber attacks generating an effective method of defense for the Internet

Japanese Ministry of Defense launched a new plan to prevent cyber attacks. The measure consists of the launching of a virus that would not be like a weapon but would act as a great method of defense against such attacks.

The malware could be installed inside the attacking virus, serving as a completely effective element and acting directly to stop the actions of the hacker.

There is still no official information on the development of the striking project but some sources point out that it has been launched by the Japanese authorities to try to minimize the cyber attacks of which they are frequently targeted.

The country seeks to defend itself rather than attacking. The program is part of a series of measures taken by the Japanese government to deal with the danger of constant reprisals.

It is worth noting that Japan has always been a striking target for hackers, mainly due to the constant improvements they are making in the technology sector. That is why the defense against criminals is one of the goals they hope to achieve soon.

The new virus is expected to be operational in March next year. The project will not be commercialized, since the country only seeks to improve internal security systems.
