Iran will launch its own cryptocurrency

The Iranian nation plans to circumvent President Donald Trump's sanctions of recent months

In order to face the sanctions imposed by the president of the United States, Donald Trump, Iran plans to launch a cryptocurrency in the next three months.

This project was born to facilitate “the transfer of money anywhere in the world”, said Alireza Daliri, delegate of the Directorate of Management and Investment Affairs of Iran.

The initiative is being worked by companies dedicated to technological development, who are under strict surveillance by the project supervisors.

At the moment there are not many details known about the algorithm, mining, blockchain or centralization of the network that will be applied in the creation of the cryptocurrency.

The proposal to create an Iranian cryptocurrency to circumvent the sanctions imposed by the United States follows the same line adopted by the Venezuelan government with the cryptoactive Petro.
