The president of Fedecámaras, Adán Celis, considers it essential that the National Assembly discuss a law to protect investments

The president of the Federation of Chambers and Associations of Commerce and Production of Venezuela (Fedecámaras), Adán Celis Michelena, recently stressed the importance of a law, which is approved by the National Assembly, to protect investments.

According to the business representative, “this instrument must provide confidence to potential financial investors (national and international), and that, in turn, must be framed in a process of respect and trust towards private property.

The statements were made by the president of Fedecámaras during his recent visit to the Carabobo state, in the central region of Venezuela, where he also indicated that new forms of investment should be promoted that allow improving the income of citizens.

To achieve this, it is essential to stimulate entrepreneurship and investor confidence. Some current laws needed to be restructured, given that they create obstacles in the process.
