BSN partners with TON Labs to use the blockchain on Telegram

The public blockchain will adapt the TON protocol built by Telegram to meet the requirements of Chinese regulations

The network of services based on blockchain, BSN, and TON Labs have teamed up to create applications on the TON protocol, devised by Telegram, as announced this Monday by the association where it grants BSN developers access to the TON technology.

According to the announcement, TON Labs will adapt the TON protocol built by Telegram to meet the requirements of Chinese regulations. This means that the network implementation will be an Open Permissioned Blockchain or OPB version.

According to He Yifan, CEO of Red Date Technology, a founding member of BSN, reported that this project aims to encourage developers to seek the low-latency and scalable TON blockchain as a solution to develop useful applications.

The CEO of TON Labs, Cyril Paglino, highlighted that the union represents useful alliances between decentralized and centralized companies, adding that this “is a creative approach to send a strong message that a company, a country, a people.”

He added that his vision is focused “even when faced with certain legal obstacles; you can still find a way to use the technology destined for everyone on the planet despite the localized mandates that there may be, and while still fully complying, in the face of up front, adoption.”
