Apple prepares new versions of its HomePod speaker

Apple is currently working on the development of new versions of its smart speaker with the Siri assistant, HomePod, and the American company plans to incorporate new features such as screens and cameras into them.
As reported by Bloomberg, the US company has worked on new versions of its HomePod smart speakers with a screen and camera, although the launch is not imminent at the moment.
Apple launched the main version of HomePod, with a larger design, at the end of 2018, but the company decided to stop selling this model, as it announced this month in a statement sent to CNBC. Instead, the company will focus on the HomePod Mini, the 3.3-inch spherical version that it launched in October 2020.
Bloomberg has also revealed that the technology brand was working on an updated version of the original HomePod, which it expected to launch in 2022, before the recall of the product.
The company has secretly included a sensor in the HomePod Mini that had not been noticed until yesterday, which allows temperature and humidity measurement and integration with smart thermostats, although at the moment it has no function.
Apple is also working on new Internet of Things (IoT) devices as an update to the Apple TV device to connect to televisions, as the aforementioned media has pointed out.
