Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro projects 9 % economic growth for the last four months of 2025
Venezuela’s economic growth could reach 9 % for the last four months of 2025, according to the president of the South American country, Nicolás Maduro.
The president asserted that Venezuela “has the perfect economic plan to confront any disturbance and announced an investment of more than $1 billion for agricultural development.”
Maduro emphasized that the nation is heading into the last four months of the year “with expectations of sustained economic growth, consolidation of peace, and productive expansion in various strategic sectors.”
He mentioned a sustained growth of fishing in the Caribbean Sea and announced a $1.5 billion investment for the development of 300,000 hectares of agricultural land in the eastern part of the country.
The Venezuelan president recalled his recent meeting with Lan Hu, the ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Venezuela, aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation.
