UEFA Champions League to be available in LA through Facebook

The most important club tournament in the world could be seen through the social network Facebook in several countries of Latin America as reported by the Argentine newspaper La Nación

The fans of the Champions League could soon enjoy the transmission of the meetings through Facebook via streaming if the agreement with the social network directed by Mark Zuckerberg is achieved.

According to the information published in the Argentine newspaper La Nación, the Champions could soon be present not only in the United States but in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile, Colombia and Mexico.

The negotiation could take place through the Brazilian channel Esporte Interactivo, which has currently awarded the tournament, and which would transfer its rights to TNT and Space through the Turner group.

The match between Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid, which will take place on August 15 in Estonia, will be the initial whistle for the Facebook transmissions of the UEFA tournaments in Argentina.

Good news does not end with this announcement, because it was also known that the alliance between Facebook and football is expanding to the Asian continent, with the purchase of the rights of the Spanish League for the transmission of the next three seasons in India, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Maldives, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
