TrustToken will launch new stablecoins
TrustToken will launch four new stable currencies this year that are linked to Australian dollars, euros, Canadian dollars and Hong Kong dollars
The firm expanded to four new digital currencies backed by Australian dollars TrueAUD, euros TrueEUR, Canadian dollars TrueCAD and dollars of Hong Kong TrueHKD. Users can buy and redeem TrueAUD in the TrustToken application.
It is worth noting that TrueAUD can be quoted immediately on the digital currency exchanges, while TrueCAD and TrueHKD will be tentatively launched in the second quarter of 2019, with TrueEUR in the third quarter.
In this way the four currencies join the recently launched British currency TrueGBP backed by sterling and its stamped dollar currency TrueUSD (TUSD).
Meanwhile, TrueAUD is subject to legal and technical standards similar to those of TrueUSD and the funds obtained are held in a third-party guarantee account.
