Trump now has more than a million followers on TikTok

Donald Trump joined the short video platform TikTok to reach voters more directly and by this Sunday he already had more than a million followers

In the midst of the controversy caused by Donald Trump’s trial, where the jury found him guilty, the presidential candidate joined TikTok and by this Sunday he already had one million followers.

The candidate is advancing with a new political strategy by opting for the video platform to reach voters more quickly and directly. Also because Joe Biden’s campaign is already on this platform, although both maintain a critical attitude towards the Chinese company regarding user privacy.

Regarding his presence on TikTok, Trump highlighted the honor of being on this social network, through a video in which he appears greeting fans and posing for selfies at the UFC function in Newark, New Jersey, on Saturday night. At the end of the video, he says to the camera: “That was a good walk, right?”
