The streaming music service Spotify continues the process of redesigning its application, and this time it was the turn of the “Your Library” section, which has introduced new functions such as dynamic filters and lists that can be set so that they are always accessible.

The novelties of the Spotify libraries are intended for users to explore their own collections more quickly and easily, with a more fluid unified design, as reported by the platform through a statement.

Among the novelties, the service has highlighted the new dynamic filters, with which users can filter according to album, artist, playlist or podcast to search for the contents saved in the library, or specifically those downloaded that can be listened to offline.

Likewise, Spotify will allow new ways to organize the content of the library, such as alphabetically, recently played or by the name of the creator, as well as a new, more visual grid view, with more prominence for the album or podcast cover.

Another novelty consists of allowing you to set up to four playlists, albums or podcasts, so that they can always be accessed quickly. Pinning a list is possible by swiping to the right.
