This Wednesday the creation of the Public Notary of the Autonomous Service of Registries and Notaries, Saren, was announced. The measure is contained in Official Gazette number 42,761, dated November 21.
In its Article 1, the Official Gazette establishes the creation of the “Internal Notary of the Autonomous Service of Registries and Notaries (COD. 07), which will process the legal acts, facts or businesses that are presented for authentication.”
The organization will be located in the Central Tower of the Autonomous Service of Registries and Notaries (Saren), on Avenida San Felipe de La Castellana in the state of Miranda.
Article 5 of the Gazette describes the position of the regent of the Internal Notary of the Saren: “The head of said Office will have the position of Internal Notary Public and his official regime and optional control will be in accordance with the provisions of the Law. of Registries and Notaries, being appointed or removed by the Director General of the Autonomous Service of Registries and Notaries (Saren)”.
With respect to the taxes generated by the acts registered before the Internal Notary, the regulations establish: “The procedures carried out before the Internal Notary will incur the fees for the provision of services provided for in articles 86, 87 and 88 of the Law of Registries and Notaries, in accordance with the provisions of Administrative Ruling No. 004, published in the Official Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela No. 42,301, of January 20, 2022.”
