Northeastern University of Boston opens blockchain center

Every day there are more universities interested in imparting knowledge about the advances and uses of blockchain technology

BlockchainIST opened last year a blockchain center at the University of Turkey and this year does the same at Northeastern University in Boston, a leading institution in next-generation networks. That is to say, Turkey will offer informative support to the North American university in everything related to blockchain technology.

The US institution will try to stop importing technology and instead will start exporting it. In the same way, the project will also benefit the house of studies allowing it to request funds from the US, the EU and Turkey.

In the same way, the alliance will make Turkey more competitive in the blockchain market, which means that people with a desire to specialize in the area will be attracted by the new possibility.

For no one is a secret that distributed technology is a subject that little by little all universities are incorporating. Several universities around the world are already doing courses or courses on the technological revolution.

For his part, Enver Yücel, president of the Board of Trustees of BAU, said: “If you can administer science worldwide, a good synergy emerges. I have seen this in American universities. They have laboratories all over the world and we must have them too. No university in the world can get everything to perfection. I realized this very late. After that, we try to enter where in the world is the most powerful and in which area.”
