Claudia Sheinbaum, the head of the Government of Mexico City, announced that 11,200 surveillance cameras will be installed in the capital for people security.

200 of these equipment will have 4k resolution, which will allow a greater focus on the recordings of the videos and transmissions at the moment for the security forces.

Along with the general coordinator of the Command, Control, Computing, Communications and Citizen Contact Center (C5) of Mexico City, Juan Manuel García Ortegón, the head of the Government also indicated that by February 889 speakers will be distributed for the seismic alert.

It is planned that by December of this year a new Command and Control Center will be built in the Central de Abasto, which will have 20 reading cameras for vehicular access plates and 100 relief buttons distributed in the supply center.
