MetaMask begins integration with Apple Pay

The MetaMask cryptocurrency wallet is carrying out an integration process with Apple Pay in order to be able to purchase digital assets through debit and credit cards directly from the mobile application.
With this, it will no longer be necessary for the user to have to transfer ethereum from another centralized exchange such as Coinbase or Binance to the application.
Currently the MetaMask platform uses two payment gateways, Wyre and Transak to carry out its card operations. Now, Apple users will be able to use their Visa or MasterCard tokens to purchase ethereum directly.
According to the published information, each user will have a daily limit of 400 dollars, as well as the “gas” rates will be much lower compared to the transactions that are commonly carried out on said platform.
The company stressed that it is not receiving any type of additional benefit with the gas charge, and that the integration comes to facilitate the transactions of Apple users.
