LaLiga Genuine 2023-24 will be played in four phases divided into six venues

From November 2023 to June 2024, LaLiga Genuine will be played in four phases and six venues, as indicated by the organization

LaLiga Genuine, a football competition developed by LaLiga through its Foundation that promotes the integration of people with intellectual disabilities through football, will play the 2023-2024 season in four phases divided into six venues, starting in the month of November and closing in June next year, according to a statement.

This competition has already managed to bring together 46 teams, establishing itself as “a benchmark in inclusive sport and a celebration of diversity.” And two new teams have been incorporated – the Real Racing Club de Santander and Racing de Ferrol – and the competition groups have been redistributed, going from three to two, which will mean that at the end of the season there will be two winning clubs of the ‘Fair Play’ and two other champion clubs of the sports classification.

As in previous seasons, four competition phases will be held, divided into six venues. The first of the six stops will be Tarragona, with Nàstic de Tarragona as the host club, who will receive all the Genuine teams on November 17, 18 and 19 at the Complex Esportiu Futbol Salou.

The second phase, divided into two locations, will move the Genuine community to the cities of Cádiz and A Coruña. On the one hand, on February 2, 3 and 4, the teams will travel to the Ciudad Deportiva Bahía de Cádiz, with Cádiz CF as the host club, and the third venue will be held on March 15, 16 and 17, with RC Deportivo as the club that welcomes the rest in the Abegondo Sports City.

Also divided into two venues, the third phase will be distributed between the cities of Tenerife and Burgos. First, half of the LaLiga Genuine teams will travel to the Javier Pérez Sports City on April 12, 13 and 14, with CD Tenerife making its debut as host at the competition’s fourth venue. A month later, on May 10, 11 and 12, Burgos CF will host the rest, hosting the penultimate stop of the competition at the Ciudad Deportiva Burgos Promesas 2000.

Finally, on June 7, 8 and 9, the grand final of the competition will take place, which will bring together the 46 teams that make it up. Getafe CF will be in charge of receiving the entire great Genuine family at its Fernando Santos de la Parra Sports City, where the last and most exciting matches of the edition will be played.

In addition, Puma, Panini, El Corte Inglés, Allianz, Burger King and PortAventura World will continue to support this project, to which Solán de Cabras will join.
