Hyundai offers its first electric car in Venezuela

The Hyundai automotive company presented its first 100% electric vehicle with high technology, Hyundai Kona 2022, which will be marketed in Venezuela from July

The company MMC Automotriz S.A., through its Hyundai brand, presented in Caracas its first 100% electric vehicle with high technology, the Hyundai Kona 2022, a crossover SUV that will be available for sale in the Venezuelan market from July 15.

The Kona 2022 model is a “second generation crossover SUV” car, which enjoys great approval in Europe and from next July it will be available in the national market “in its 39.2 KWH and 64 KWH version” which It will be marketed upon request with approximately 6 months for delivery.

 

The 2022 Kona model is a front-wheel drive vehicle, with a “135 Hp engine and 395 N.m torque” that allows it to go from “0 to 100 Kph in just 9.9 seconds”. In addition, it has an independence of “305 Kms in its 39.2 KWH version and 201 Hp with a range of 484 Kms. for the 64KWH version”.

Hyundai’s Commercial Vice President, José Vicente Gómez, explained that as of July 15, users will be able to go to the network of authorized dealers in the country where they will be able to ask for the financing option.

Other models

The Hyundai Venezuela brand will also offer the new 2022 car collection in the “Hyundai Tucson, Hyundai Grand i10, Palisade, Santa Fe, Sonata and Elantra models.”
