Bitcoin Tour 2024 will be in Cucuta, Colombia

The Bitcoin Tour 2024, an event that started in 2016, returned to the city of Cúcuta on March 22nd and 23rd to coincide with the new Bitcoin halving. This event focused on exploring, debating and discovering the future of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

Aimed at industry professionals in Colombia and Venezuela, the event sought to offer a comprehensive and advanced perspective on current trends, regulatory challenges and emerging opportunities in the field of cryptocurrencies.

Arley Lozano, one of the organizers, said that the event took place at a time of heightened interest for cryptocurrencies. Its aim was to bring together the main industry leaders to share knowledge and shape the future of digital finance in the Colombian-Venezuelan region.

The event included panels, workshops and networking sessions, covering topics such as cryptocurrency security, investment and trading trends, blockchain innovations, and the global and regional economic impact of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. In addition, workshops were held on Bitcoin nodes and Lightning Network.

José Rodríguez, pioneer of the crypto industry in Latin America, Javier Bastardo, Bitcoin Ambassador at Bitfinex, Franklin Roldán of MimLabs, Aníbal Garrido, cryptoasset advisor, and Ana Ojeda, expert in blockchain and cryptocurrency business development.

Tickets for the event were available at a discount on their official website, accepting payments in cryptocurrencies and other alternatives.
