“Bitcoin has never had to deal with something like this, it is a truly global problem. We must expect bitcoin to perform poorly in correlation with the indices and we must expect it to behave in a way that we have not seen, even in difficult times,” he assured through the Telegram network
This was not just a matter of the cryptocurrency market, since governments around the world, hand in hand with the International Monetary Fund, could inject cash into countries to alleviate the consequences of the panic seen today.
If no action is taken, the world would face a repeat of the 2008 financial crisis, the IMF warned on Wednesday.
