Binance seeks approval in Germany

The cryptocurrency regulator is waiting for the authorities to give the go-ahead in Germany to operate

Cryptocurrency exchange Binance announced that it is working towards regulatory approval in Germany.

This was said by the CEO of the company, Changpeng Zhao at a conference that is taking place in Hamburg.

The director of the exchange announced on the stage of the Finance FWD 2022 event that they are currently actively communicating with German regulators as part of the efforts.

This movement is part of an initiative that Binance is putting together in Europe. It should be remembered that they recently achieved the necessary approval in France.

As part of the push in that country, the company announced a $105 million investment in the French Web3 ecosystem.

The license from France’s financial regulator means that Binance can now facilitate the custody of digital assets, allow users to buy and sell cryptocurrencies and help trade digital assets with each other in that country.
