Banking agencies throughout the Venezuelan territory will remain closed next Monday, November 6, due to All Saints’ Day, celebrated on the calendar on November 1.

The official calendar of the Superintendency of Banking Sector Institutions (Sudeban) establishes Monday the 6th as banking, so the agencies will not provide service at the ticket office.

Users will be able to carry out different operations and transactions, such as payments, recharges, transfers, through digital channels and ATMs.

Through the Internet, national banking users will be able to carry out their operations from the comfort of their home or office. Another alternative to this day are ATMs that also allow cash withdrawals and deposits.

Telephone customer service will be active for balance inquiries and requesting assistance from the staff of each bank.

The Superintendency invites citizens to use electronic banking, in its different modalities, as well as applications via cell phone during banking holidays from the comfort of home.
