Avior announces that it will fly to Colombia again

The airline confirmed that starting in 2024 flights between Colombia and Venezuela will resume

In a new phase of authorizations for international operations, Avior Airlines confirmed the resumption of its flights from Venezuela to Colombia. The new routes will connect passengers with two of the most prominent cities on the continent: Bogotá and Medellín. The flights are scheduled to take off starting in 2024 from the Simón Bolívar National Airport (Maiquetía).

Juan Bracamonte, Executive President of Avior Airlines, details that the Caracas – Bogotá – Caracas route will be inaugurated on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, with two weekly frequencies, leaving on Tuesdays and Fridays. Regarding the Caracas – Medellín – Caracas connection, Bracamonte confirms that the flights will take off on Wednesdays and Sundays from the José María Córdova International Airport.

It is important to highlight that from the José Antonio Anzoátegui International Airport in Barcelona, the Barcelona – Bogotá – Barcelona route will be opened, with two weekly departures on Tuesdays and Fridays, starting on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.

Bracamonte highlights that this restart of operations will allow Avior Airlines to resize and optimize its processes, giving passengers the opportunity to reach a greater number of destinations. “We are committed to the growth of the aeronautical sector, we seek to consolidate ourselves nationally and internationally as the airline that continues to rise to go further,” says the executive president.
