Argentina deals with digital economy at the G20

This week the Ministerial Meeting of the G20 Digital Economy Working Group was held in Italy, where issues related to access to technology and digitization were addressed.

Argentina, as one of the representatives of Latin America, addressed the issue related to the digital economy and its implementation within the markets.

The objectives of this group go very hand in hand with those pursued by the UN, with respect to social development and the environment. For this opportunity, Argentina has a team of knowledgeable experts on the subject.

Although the group focuses its efforts on issues related to the digital economy, the reality is that at this moment the world is increasingly connected.

The digital economy should not be confused with a question related to the financial system. Actually, the digitization of a State is about the economy, how to implement new technologies that allow the updating of an inadequate and expensive infrastructure.
