Officialism rises with victory in the Parliamentarians

The CNE announced in the early hours of this Monday the victory of the GPP with 3,558,320 million votes, so far

This Monday at dawn the rector of the National Electoral Council (CNE), Indira Alfonzo, reported that the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) won the parliamentary elections on Sunday.

Until that moment, 5,264,104 votes had been counted, of which 3,558,320 were for the Great Patriotic Pole, while an alliance led by the Democratic Action (AD) parties and the Independent Electoral Political Organization Committee (Copei) remained in second place with 944,665 votes, which is 17.95 %, explained the president of the CNE.

Alfonso indicated that the turnout was 31 %, which represents just over 5.2 million voters, of the more than 20.7 million who were authorized to vote.

While the United Venezuela Alliance (Primero Venezuela,  – Intervened – Voluntad Popular and United Venezuela) added 220,502 votes (4.19 %), the Communist Party of Venezuela 143,917 (2.73 %) and other organizations 357,609 (6.79 %).

With this result, there are 81 nominal deputies who have already obtained their seats, while of the 24 who are awarded by the regional list vote, there are already nine elected.
