Venezuela signs memorandum of understanding with TotalEnergies subsidiary

The state-owned oil company PDVSA signed a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the hydrocarbons sector with TotalEnergies E&P New Ventures, a subsidiary of the French company TotalEnergies

The Venezuelan state oil company PDVSA signed a memorandum of understanding with TotalEnergies E&P New Ventures, a subsidiary of the French company TotalEnergies, to establish strategic cooperation in the hydrocarbons sector.

The signing took place in Caracas, at Miraflores Palace, with the participation of Venezuela’s interim president, Delcy Rodríguez, PDVSA president Héctor Obregón, Minister of Hydrocarbons Paula Henao, and TotalEnergies’ chief financial officer, Jean-Pierre Sbraire.
